Barbara L. Ivy, CPA
Controller

Barbara Ivy assumed the role of Controller at Aleut Management Services in October 2008.  She is a pro-active, results-oriented professional with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management.  Her Core Competencies include Financial Statement Preparation and P&L Management. 

Prior to joining the Aleut Family of Companies, Ms. Ivy served as Controller at Vestar, a land developer and property manager located in Phoenix, Arizona.  In this position, Ms. Ivy was responsible for managing annual gross revenue of $200 Million, preparing monthly financial statements, coordinating annual audits and tax return preparation, and managing the accounting staff.

Ms. Ivy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and Colorado and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The University of Nevada.  She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPAs.
