Mr. Robin P.”Rob” Needham was named Vice President of Business Development for Aleut Management Services, LLC in December 2010. Mr. Needham is a seasoned C-Level Executive with extensive profit generation background. He brings a proven track record of leading growth across multiple business sectors. As VP of Business Development, he is charged with directing AMS’ strategy of portfolio diversification integrating a mix of federal and commercial customers to the already robust list of defense and security customers.

Prior to joining AMS, Mr. Needham has helped numerous-sized businesses (from large multi-billion dollar to small multi-million dollar) recognize their value and reposition themselves for exceptional growth. He brings a wealth of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Business Development as well as Engineering Services support. He also has an extensive background in strategic planning, vision development, financial business planning, and business process reengineering. Mr. Needham has been especially effective in planning and administering successful programs and has special expertise in pioneering successful organizational objectives.

Mr. Needham served honorably in both the United States Navy and Air Force, fulfilling a variety of assignments worldwide. He holds an M.A in National Security and Defense, earned at the U.S. Naval War College; an M.A. in Educational Technology earned at the State University of New York, and a B.S. in Engineering Management from the U.S. Naval Academy.
