Mr. Damian J. Guerin was named Vice President for Human Resources of Aleut Management Services in October 2011. In this role, Mr. Guerin is charged with talent acquisition and development, performance management, and organizational growth. Additionally, he will manage compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations, and ensure legal compliance with federal, state, local, Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon, and NLRB requirements.

Mr. Guerin has provided HR solutions within a variety of industries including civil engineering, Fortune 100 defense contracting, software and services, and manufacturing. He has developed and implemented valuable HR initiatives that have driven positive measurable results within geographically distributed and global environments.

Mr. Guerin has earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and is currently pursuing the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, a non-profit organization focused on global human resources issues. Mr. Guerin has volunteered in many capacities that include a recent role as the VP of Sales/Co-Chair for the Colorado Society of HR Management 2011 Conference. He served on the board of the Rocky Mountain Compensation Association for many years, including a role as president. Mr. Guerin holds a BA and MA from the University of New Mexico.
