
Mr. Gary Cohn
President/Chief Operations Officer
Gary Cohn assumed the position of President/COO of Aleut Communications Services, LLC (ACS) in April 2008. In this position, Mr. Cohn leads a team supporting six Federal government contracts providing IT services and support to several US military and Federal agencies located throughout the United States.
Prior to assuming his position as President, Mr. Cohn was the Project Manager for a Space Mark International contract on Fort Carson, CO, supporting the information technology and telecommunications operations for more 25,000 customers on Fort Carson. He has over 25 years of US Army and Air Force operational and contractor-operated project management expertise.

Richard J. (Ric) Meyer
Operations Manager
Mr. Meyer was promoted to the Operations Manager position for Aleut Communications Services, LLC, (ACS) in February 2009. In this position, Mr. Meyer will serve as the operations authority with management responsibility for providing oversight of ACS projects and assist the ACS President/COO in the development and implementation of long and short-range strategic objectives, budgets, and programs. Prior to assuming the role of Operations Manager, Mr. Meyer served as Marketing Manager for Aleut Management Services (AMS), the parent company of ACS.
Mr. Meyer has an extensive background in program management, project management, business development / marketing, space and ground communication systems and information technology. Mr. Meyer has managed and led technical complex program for several Department of Defense programs to include satellite equipment installation, integration, operations, and maintenance.
Mr. Meyer’s education includes a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associates Degree in Computer Science Studies from Lincoln University. He has certifications in Control Account Management (CAM), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and is Quality Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
Mr. Meyer served in the United States Navy as a Communications Technical Controller and has worked for ITT Industries, Honeywell Technology Solutions, MCI / WorldCom and Stanford Telecommunications, Inc. located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Ric and his wife Cherie live in Peyton, Colorado.
